Artist Strategy Sessions

One-to-one sessions for artists, studio managers and galleries navigating commissions, pricing, brand collaborations and larger project opportunities. Led by Lucy Clarke, founder of Nonesuch Works, drawing on direct UK-based experience delivering public art commissions, artist-brand collaborations and commercial creative projects.

Sessions cover: brand collaboration fee negotiation, public art commission contract structuring, creative project pricing, usage rights and licensing, artist representation, and deal structuring for commercial opportunities.

Mentoring Session: £110 / 60 minutes

A structured conversation for artists building their commercial practice. Covers portfolio and narrative alignment, identifying target opportunities (brand collaborations, public commissions, licensing), and understanding how commercial projects are structured in the UK art market.

Useful for: artists navigating their first brand deal, preparing for conversations with commissioners or brands, understanding what terms to ask for, and positioning their work for commercial opportunities.

Strategy Session: £295 / 90 minutes

A focused working session for artists with a live opportunity or active project. Covers brand collaboration deal structure, commission pricing, contract terms and usage rights, project scope, fee negotiation approach, and identifying risks in a proposed agreement.

Useful for: reviewing a brand collaboration offer before accepting, understanding whether a public art commission fee reflects the scope, structuring fees and deliverables, negotiating usage rights and licensing terms.

Sessions are booked online. Payment is taken at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
